Thank you for bringing issues to our attention. We understand the concern and work diligently to improve AFN Go services. There are a host of relevant issues at play. The service is not available to stateside users or providers that connect stateside. Perhaps you’re experiencing limited connections due to your device or DISA/ base installation security and IT network security blocking or limiting the flow. It can also be an issue of bouncing between cell towers and public Wi-Fi networks (one associated with a provider that returns a stateside location). Sometimes it's a local temporary block due to network traffic or longer/ intermittent blockages due to service providers using rotating IP address ranges that are also used in the USA. Or users on a US cellular provider/network or VPN that returns to a US IPv4.
