"...not available in your area" error message

Created by Thomas Arnholt, Modified on Mon, 02 Oct 2023 at 06:57 PM by Thomas Arnholt

AFN Go is only available outside the United States.  If you are using a VPN that returns a US IP address, the streams will not work.

Send us your public IPv4 address.  We'll need to check if it is recognized by our streaming service provider.

Open a helpdesk ticket by clicking "Submit a ticket" at the top of this page.

Describe the error message you received or issue you are having.

Include your public IPv4 address.

To find your public IPv4 address:
1. On your device web browser, visit an IP address information site such the American Registry for Internet Numbers (www.arin.net) or https://www.whatismyip.com/.
2. You can also search "what is my public IPv4 address" using the internet search engine installed on your device.

NOTE:

* Whitelisting of IPv6 address is not yet supported by our streaming service provider.

* AFN Go is NOT authorized for download, install, or use on US government mobile devices.
